Our Approach
Helping clients achieve their health goals through nutrition education and counseling
Let’s be real. On the quest to eating a healthier diet, you get inundated with a variety of promises, diets and products all promising the same thing and few of those promises work out. But you know that having a healthy lifestyle, namely, eating healthy and being physically active are the best things you can do for your health. But how do you achieve a healthy diet? What does it look like? What about the diabetes your doctor mentioned you were at risk for? Do you need to go keto?
Keto, no. Eating a healthy diet looks different to every person from their lifestyle to their personal flavor and food preferences. A dietitian can help you cut through the noise and confusing information to determine an eating pattern and lifestyle goals that are right for YOU.
At Merkle Wellness Solutions you can expect a kind, empathetic and compassionate dietitian who will partner with you one-on-one to provide nutrition education and counseling that meets your personal needs and answers your questions.
On our first appointment we will discuss your nutrition goals, medical history, nutrition history and current problems that need addressed. Based on that information and conversation we will determine a plan and goals that are sustainable and achievable for you. We will meet regularly until you are confident you can sustain your new health habits independently and have achieved your goals.
If you’re ready to get started, schedule an appointment. If you aren’t quite ready, you can schedule a free 15 minutes informational call to learn more. I can’t wait to work with you!
